A few weeks ago I decided to commit to getting back to a flat stomach (it's been about 15 years!) I don't have much to lose (about 12 more pounds) but have found this bit to be the hardest! I can do it by September 15th just by exercising 11 minutes of all-out intensity 5 days per week, eating healthily with 2/3 vegetables on my plate to 1/3 protein, drinking a lot of water, and green tea (loose) and only having fruit for dessert. I will only consume 2k or less calories per day. This goal is important to me, because while I know I can do it, I've never been disciplined enough to truly write this down, commit to it, and feel the rewards of weighing what I weighed in college.
