I have always thought I had a few extra pounds to lose, although I have realized it was all in my head and I am desperate to get back down to 120lbs (The weight I was most happy with) I have been attempting to lose 15-20 pounds for a year now, and I have started and given up so many times, it is very frustrating.
I have realized that I am not 20 years old anymore. Just 6 years later, i feel if I don't reach my goals now, I never will. Gotta love getting older... lol. It's inspiring to see women, like Jennifer Aniston; in her 40s and still lookin' hot.
