I have recently began a trek to rediscover my former self. after years of poor choices and self indulgence, I have finally decided, with divine help to try and act like a grown up.
Years of neglect have taken their toll on my physical person adn my body shows the wear and tear. I am not really superficial however I do want to feel good about myself and enjoy physical fitness for myself, my wife to be and my children.
My goal is to through behaviour modification, and excercise change my weight by 80lbs over the next 6 months. This is an aggressive goal but I know that if I dont see results relatively soon, my motivation wanes.
I will substitute one meal with ruffage, preferably my evening meal.
I will eliminate almost all processed sugars
I will hydrate well and often
I will excercise for 20-80 minutes every day **
**weight training/beach jogging & walking/basketball/calisthenics/cardio
My goal is 10-15 pounds per month
I want to live life.
