Back again

Well, it's been a LONG time since I have entered any type of data. I guess I have been a little discouraged. I haven't lost any weight. . . but also haven't gained any. The wedding is just 9 weeks away, and I would LOVE to lose at least 20 lbs. I'm not sure what to do. I just went to the restroom, looked in the mirror, and said, "am I really that big??" In a sense, losing weight is hard. But it shouldn't be. It's about eating less and/or exercising more. It's about eating all the right food. It's about wanting to be healthy. So, I need to get on track again. Eat less, eat better, exercise more.
